Your ad must be 200x100 pixels, and less than 100kB in size.  Files must be in JPG or PNG format; GIF files cannot be accepted.

Search for file on your hard drive:

Click on Submit to send your request and ad.  An invoice  will be mailed to the address listed on this form.  Please sign the invoice and return it with payment (by check or credit card) to Sue Rice, website advertising manager, at the address given on the invoice.
