Abstract: This session will report on a pilot project that offers students, faculty, and staff free desktop delivery of articles scanned from the print periodical collections at Rutgers University Libraries. User benefits such as a streamlined request process, integration with interlibrary loan, and elimination of deposit accounts will be described. Impact on staff workflow, use statistics, and user feedback will be shared.
