This session is designed to allow library administrators an opportunity to view, and perhaps adopt or develop, new or better performance evaluation documents. The sampling is a result of an extensive survey conducted in 2006 by the NJLA Personnel Administration Committee The session will provide sample documents from libraries across a broad spectrum of size and institutional type.
