Abstract:This poster exhibit will provide a behind the scenes look into the New Jersey Digital Highway (NJDH), via the Rutgers University Libraries developed Workflow Management System (WMS) for metadata creation. Two projects will be highlighted:

Remembering the Newark Greeks: An American Odyssey, an exhibit held at Newark Public Library in 2002 and made available online through NJDH.
Hoboken Public Library’s (HPL) historical photograph collection held in an Access database by HPL and converted to comply with WMS metadata.
