The Research Committee promotes research among academic librarians in the State of NJ. It does so by sponsoring two juried events each year. One is tied to the NJLA Conference Research Forum, held at the NJLA Annual Meeting each April. It also honors a New Jersey librarian by presenting an award for the best published research for the previous year. It remains dedicated to seeking ways that support and encourage sharing information about research projects.
