Circulation Services Manager, East Brunswick Public Library, East Brunswick
The East Brunswick Public Library seeks a Circulation Services Manager to manage the Circulation Department of the library; plan and schedule the daily operations of the Circulation staff and their workload; oversee the counting and processing of the monies taken in throughout the library; participate in the development, recommendation and administration of library policies, procedures and processes; provide budget input for departmental staffing and operating needs; work with the library’s consortium; and represent the Circulation Department as part of the library’s management team.

This position requires an individual who is able to remain pleasant in the face of constant demand; the ability to work closely with and be responsive to the public and staff; a knowledge of library Circulation processes and procedures; experience with the collection, counting and processing of monies; and the ability to oversee and manage a large department.

The Circulation Services Manager must have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in liberal arts or related field and considerable experience in library work including some supervisory experience. Salary: $55,083 and up depending on experience. Start date: March 16, 2020. Applications will be accepted through Friday, January 3, 2020.
