Librarian 4, Warren County Library, Southwest Branch, Phillipsburg

The Warren County Library seeks a Librarian 4 with supervisory experience to manage our newest and busiest branch near Phillipsburg, NJ. The Southwest Branch opened in 2018, has a dedicated makerspace and a children’s play area. Warren County Library serves a population of 75,000 through its four branches. The county library system serves the citizens of 17 townships and the town of Belvidere. The successful candidate will be part of the management team, share in the development of library policy, services, and collection. Our library system is committed to providing excellent customer service, growing relationships and partnerships in our community, and educating and inspiring through library programs. While we retain our small-town friendliness, we also provide modern service options for self-service, assistance by text and chat, 3D printing, and digital resources.

Minimum: Master’s degree in Library Science from a school accredited by the American Library Association. A minimum of three years of library experience and supervisory experience is required. This is a Civil Service position and requires a New Jersey Librarian’s Certificate.

Salary range is $$60,853-$64,177 and benefits
