General Cancellation Policy

Registration reflects a commitment to pay regardless of attendance and we hope that everyone who registers will make every effort to attend. However, we understand unforeseen circumstances do occur and full refunds will be permitted if registration is canceled by the date posted by the event host. Registrants canceling on or after that date will not receive a refund.  To cancel your registration send an email to office@njla.org.

Exhibitor Participation Agreement

By registering as an exhibitor, I agree to the following exhibit hall schedule and participation requirements:

• Wednesday, February 17: Booth fully set up by 4:00 PM; booth staffed for the Exhibits Opening Reception, 5:30–7:00 PM
• Thursday, February 18: Exhibit Hall open 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday, February 19: Exhibit Hall open 10:00 AM–2:15 PM

I agree to maintain my exhibit through the official close of the Exhibit Hall at 2:15 PM on Friday and will not dismantle or remove my exhibit prior to that time.

Failure to comply with these requirements may affect an exhibitor’s eligibility or booth placement at future NJLA/NJASL conferences.

Please note Thursday between 5-7pm is scheduled non-conflict time. We encourage you to schedule any vendor events during this time frame.
