Organizational Evolution by Christie Henry of Princeton University Press

Christie Henry is Director of Princeton University Press, and has been a member of the scholarly publishing community for over 30 thirty years. She is the first woman to direct PUP and since her arrival in 2017 has launched a Creative Media Lab, and Audio imprint, a Speakers Bureau, a community building committee, and the first strategic equity, inclusion and belonging initiative.

During the session, she will give a brief introduction to PUP and then focus on how it has evolved its management, culture and impact through intentional and inclusive collaborations
